Thank you for the report and after reviewing it and try to understand the outcome of all your effort, I am pleased to see that the traffic to our website has definetly increased and I thank you for all the good work you have done. However the number of sales and transactions has been only two in the last month.
You suggested that we pause the PPC activity for a while and see what would be the outcome. Obviously that will lower the traffic to our website but the impact on the sales from the website will not be felt as much since we only had two sales in the last month. Also, in reviewing our Google Adwords history I noticed in the latter part of November and the first two weeks of your activities in managing the PPC our daily cost of PPC was well with in our budget and we were getting almost about the same result of traffic to our website as we currently do. If we can do the same now then there will be no reason for pausing the PPC activities. Do you agree or am I wrong about this?
I know that we provided all the keywords based up on our current product offering which is a lot of keywords and it will take some time for you to implement all of it for the PPC purposes. However, since those keywords are very specific which refers directly to the model number, would that help to better control the cost and managing the PPC budget? Also do you think the 250 USD per month is an adequate budget for us at this time or is it necessary to change the budget?
As for the code that you indicated to be implemented on the sales page of our website, there will be no guaranty that Amazon will do that for us. Last time that Liny received the code from you she had to do it herself with some direction from Amazon. We currently do not have anyone in our staff who is going to be able to do this task that you are requesting. In fact we rely on your expertise to implement all the necessary features on our website per your requirement.
In addition, we can completely distinguish the sales that are generated from our website versus other sales channels by the type of report that we receive from Amazon. The two sales that were generated thru our website last month was identified by Amazon as our website sales and transaction was also recorded in the Google analytic report.

I will send you analytics data and a google account access code for my
data so you can see what is going on. Yesterday i had just 16 visitors
compared to around 93 this time last year. I want this campaign to
continue, maybe we need to change keywords, but after a year, not one
exact search match has been recieved at my site.
Please provide guidance, either the website is sandboxed or it now has
major penalties for a sudden loss of search engine exposure.

1. Client has replied this to me. So please let me know the answer for the below points so that I can reply to client.
I am not getting reports on the traffic to my site. I tried the Google link you gave me and it does not work.
Also, the Arabic keywords I send are not used! I do not see them in the reports I get from You.
2.Please can you investigate as to why this search term has no ranking now despite many weeks of link building. The search term was holding page 1 but now is not listed in the first 5 pages.

I want to reduce the hours we are working by 1/2 and spread it out over the month to make it look more natural. Also please stop placing links on Same Sites with same IP Blocks. Allot of the directory and social bookmarking sites are hosted on the same servers (NOT GOOD) please stop that. same site just different logo and domain (I know they are template duplicate content sites. Your going to have a negative effect on my links.
Reply : We will do the reciprocal link building for your website. Can you create a page blank page on your site? We will send you the links of the similar category websites to be placed on that page. In this way we will be able to get the approval from quality websites.

While I am waiting to receive your weekly report, I noticed that you have made some changes to better control the cost of the PPC. However the change is not as significant to keep the cost to about 250 USD per month. We are currently being charged about 50 USD per day with almost 2 transaction from our website in the last month. So the return of our investment for PPC in the month of December was so minimal in considering that we paid 800 USD in PPC charges. I need your immediate attention to this matter as we can not continue to pay the same for the month of January with hardly any return of our investment in this effort.

1. We will do some SMO activities to increase the visitors for this site. This will include the promotion of facebook and twitter accounts. We will post the major products of website in facebook and twitter pages and then popularize those pages.
2. We will create a blog for this website and post products and articles in that blog. Blog gets cached sooner by the serach engines and are a reliable way to increase the traffic for this website.
3.Do you have any videos for this website. IF yes, then we can promote those videos also.
4. In the on page tasks, we did all the meta tags work for this website. We will optimize the title tags again to effectively look from the point of view of serach engines.
5.We will do image optimization to link with good images websites like flicker and picasa.
6.We will be giving you suggestions from time to time for the effecitve promotion for this website.
7. We will look into the instances of the old domain and then implements some of those links also.
8.We will put focus on the some local directories also inorder to get the geneuine visitors.
9.Check the entire links and the navigation structure of the website and see there are no broken links present.
10.Do the competitor reserach end kwd analysis again and find out the more suitable and relevant kwds.
So, putting empahasis on all the above listed activities, we will be working in a different way now. Earlier we were putting mroe emphasis on the directories and social bookmarkings.
