Jan 4,2012 queries

Thank you for the report and after reviewing it and try to understand the outcome of all your effort, I am pleased to see that the traffic to our website has definetly increased and I thank you for all the good work you have done. However the number of sales and transactions has been only two in the last month.

You suggested that we pause the PPC activity for a while and see what would be the outcome. Obviously that will lower the traffic to our website but the impact on the sales from the website will not be felt as much since we only had two sales in the last month. Also, in reviewing our Google Adwords history I noticed in the latter part of November and the first two weeks of your activities in managing the PPC our daily cost of PPC was well with in our budget and we were getting almost about the same result of traffic to our website as we currently do. If we can do the same now then there will be no reason for pausing the PPC activities. Do you agree or am I wrong about this?

I know that we provided all the keywords based up on our current product offering which is a lot of keywords and it will take some time for you to implement all of it for the PPC purposes. However, since those keywords are very specific which refers directly to the model number, would that help to better control the cost and managing the PPC budget? Also do you think the 250 USD per month is an adequate budget for us at this time or is it necessary to change the budget?

As for the code that you indicated to be implemented on the sales page of our website, there will be no guaranty that Amazon will do that for us. Last time that Liny received the code from you she had to do it herself with some direction from Amazon. We currently do not have anyone in our staff who is going to be able to do this task that you are requesting. In fact we rely on your expertise to implement all the necessary features on our website per your requirement.

In addition, we can completely distinguish the sales that are generated from our website versus other sales channels by the type of report that we receive from Amazon. The two sales that were generated thru our website last month was identified by Amazon as our website sales and transaction was also recorded in the Google analytic report.

I look forward in receiving your suggestions to the above issues.

I will send you analytics data and a google account access code for my
data so you can see what is going on. Yesterday i had just 16 visitors
compared to around 93 this time last year. I want this campaign to
continue, maybe we need to change keywords, but after a year, not one
exact search match has been recieved at my site.

Please provide guidance, either the website is sandboxed or it now has
major penalties for a sudden loss of search engine exposure.

Why do you avoid addressing my specific concerns? Do you disagree? DO You have an opinion? No one at your company advises, you just do things and dont explain your position as to the benefit??????

I was wondering if you could share with us a plan of work on the SEO in respect with the other remaining days left for this month. In the assessment report we have received in the first place we have been advised on a number of OFFSITE tasks such as URL sumbissions, social forum etc., and also some on-site improvements such as inserting meta tags etc.


Are you planning to do any of these. I would like to more understand the criteria used for your SEO works to establish a value for money we are investing in this area.
